emotional eating course

What is it?

The Emotional Eating Course focuses on the patterns and behaviours that influence how and why you eat.

We explore hunger cues, emotional triggers, routines, and the impact of long-term restriction. The aim is not to control eating through willpower but to build awareness and consistency over time.

You will learn tools to help eating feel calmer, more intentional, and more supportive of your health.

Who is it for?

This course is for you if eating feels automatic, inconsistent, or driven by habit rather than choice.

It is particularly helpful if you want to better understand your own patterns around food and build a steadier approach.

It is a good fit if you want to:

Understand hunger and fullness cues more clearly
Reduce emotional or habitual eating patterns
Build consistency without pressure or judgement
Feel calmer and more in control around food

How it works

4-week course
One session per week – via Zoom
90 minutes per session – enough time to ask any questions
Small ‘class’ to allow for a supportive, interactive experience

Sneak peak of key topics:

Understanding hunger and fullness cues
The link between emotions, habits, and eating patterns
The impact of restriction on eating behaviour
Building structure and consistency with food
Tools to support calmer, more intentional eating
